Also I wanted to post this picture, which encapsulates joy, love and hope under adverse circumstances.

As a bonus, let Gene Kelly lighten your heart.

That is a perfect lock down movie. Maybe I should rewatch it too.
Anytime you are feeling low, this movie is a no-risk anti-depressant. Plus your son might be of an age to really enjoy it too. I hope his first day back to school goes well. Was he eager to go?
He might indeed. I am slowly training him to appreciate more… interesting movies. E.T. is scheduled for the weekend.
His school will only be ready to reopen tomorrow. They have to follow a very strict code on spacing and cleanliness and apparently his school needed a few days more. He is very excited though.
Now, what we all fear is that we will get a backlash when reopening. I watched this program from Ecuador about unchecked COVID spread and that was freaking me out.
Sounds like Denmark is being very cautious, a good thing. Here we have a bunch of flat-earthers congregating at close range in front of the Michigan State House to protest the Governor’s stay-at-home order. I would hope they all got Covid-19 if that wasn’t so dangerous for the rest of us. Trump is chomping at the bit to re-open. In response, I watched a horror movie yesterday. Not nearly as horrifying as reality. Sorry to be a downer. I hope your son comes home from school glowing with all the new activities available to him.
Gene is a role model for JOY!
The whole movie is MAGIC.
