2015 will go down as my year of overseas travel. My husband and I are starting off for Europe on August 1. We will start out with sort of a family reunion (his) in Stockholm for a week and then continue on for a cruise from Bergen to Barcelona. I will return to reviewing 1951 movies shortly after our return on August 25.

Stockholm is a lot of fun. I wish you a great trip and hope the weather will be fine. July has been miserable in scandinavia but August should be better.
Stockholm is one of my favorite cities. Not enough people know how beautiful it is.
My husband’s family in Finland have been complaining all summer about the weather. I’m actually looking forward to cooler weather. It has been about a million degrees here and unusually humid.
I get that same envy. I wish we could trade weather and end up with an average. Stockholm in the summer is just beautiful. Hang out in Gamla Stan at the water is the best thing you can do in the world.
