Wheeler and Woolsey get Thelma Todd for Christmas. Hope the day has brought you many good things!
*************************
Since I last posted I have watched “Sin Takes a Holiday” (1930); “The Front Page” (1930); and “Lovin’ the Ladies” (1930). Will review briefly later. Yesterday my husband and I watched A Christmas Carol (1951) and A Christmas Story (1983).

And a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you! See you at the movies!
Same to you! Hope you had an outstanding day.
And hope you had a great day too, thanks.
If the subs aren’t too much suggest you watch this together (note not a rom-com, but a rom….that doesn’t mean it is overly grim)

Thanks for the tip!
Merry Christmas to you too, Bea! Those are the perfect things to do for Christmas. I have had a great time watching The Quest for the Holy Grail with my son who loved it. I hope this is the start of a Christmas tradition.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen Quest for the Holy Grail! Last night we put on “Scrooge” (1970), a musical with Albert Finney in the lead. It wasn’t as good as I remembered but we do get Alec Guinness as Jacob Marley.
